Happy Birthday! Thinking back on the many memories of you from high school, I recall most our deep discussions about various topics. In true form, I do not remember the subject of any of these and do not have any thing to remind me here in D.C. I do remember, however, your true and generous friendship (...and our inability to attend our 12th grade English class on the same day--perhaps it was the hard chairs?) I am grateful for those moments.
