Melissa --
I had so much fun visiting your fancy apartment complex in Phoenix a couple years ago. We played billiards, drove downtown to see the baseball stadium, went to the safari zoo, floated down a freezing rushing river, and ate grapefruits. The very best part was discovering what it's like to be in a musical where suddenly everyone knows the words and is singing and dancing -- I was describing a song that had come on the radio and you and Steven were suddenly singing in unison "today is where the book begins, the rest is still unwritten..." That song will always remind me of you.
